A schedule is a plan; a contact-center day is what actually happens. The gap between the two is where service levels die — an agent stuck in a long call through their break, a no-show nobody noticed until the queue backed up. QuNeva's live layer exists to keep that gap visible in real time.

Live adherence: who is on plan right now?

Real-time adherence (RTA) compares each agent's current state against their scheduled activity, minute by minute. Late arrivals and absences get flags; leaders see their team at a glance instead of walking the floor with a printout. Because adherence is measured against the same published schedule agents see in their portal, there's no argument about which version of the plan counts.

Intraday: the day as a curve, not a surprise

Intraday monitoring tracks the day's intervals as they happen, so a volume spike at 11:00 is a decision at 11:05 — extend someone's on-queue block, move a lunch — not a post-mortem at 17:00.

The coverage heatmap is the planning-side twin of the same picture: scheduled versus required staff for every interval, red where thin, amber where padded.

When a span is overstaffed, the AI auto-fix proposes precise trims that never break coverage — snapshotted, reversible with one click.

The Command Center: the platform's cockpit

For platform administrators, QuNeva ships a Command Center: a cross-organization view of health — organizations and users, live sessions (with termination), background jobs, and a security log covering logins, rate-limit blocks, permission changes and shares.

Site control lives next to it: flip the whole platform between Live, Coming Soon and Maintenance in one click — useful for staged rollouts and maintenance windows.

Visibility for every altitude

The design principle is that each role gets the live picture at their own altitude:

• Agents see their own day and adherence-driven Pulse points.
• Team leaders see their team's adherence, requests and messages.
• Planners see coverage and intraday across their projects.
• Platform admins see everything's health, without touching any tenant's operational data.

Multi-tenant isolation is enforced in SQL on every query — visibility never leaks across organizations.

يقارن الالتزام اللحظي (RTA) حالة كل موظف الحالية بنشاطه المجدول، دقيقة بدقيقة. يحصل التأخر والغياب على إشارات؛ ويرى القائد فريقه بنظرة واحدة بدلًا من جولة في الصالة بورقة مطبوعة. ولأن الالتزام يُقاس على الجدول المنشور نفسه الذي يراه الموظفون في بوابتهم، لا جدال حول أي نسخة من الخطة هي المعتمدة.

أثناء اليوم: اليوم منحنًى لا مفاجأة

تتعقب المتابعة اللحظية فترات اليوم وهي تحدث، فتصبح قفزة الأحجام عند 11:00 قرارًا عند 11:05 — تمديد فترة على الطابور، أو تحريك غداء — لا تشريحًا للجثة عند 17:00.

وخريطة التغطية هي التوأم التخطيطي للصورة نفسها: المجدول مقابل المطلوب لكل فترة، أحمر حيث النقص وكهرماني حيث الحشو.

وعند فائض في فترة ما، تقترح المعالجة الذكية تقليصات دقيقة لا تكسر التغطية أبدًا — بلقطة محفوظة وتراجُع بنقرة واحدة.

مركز القيادة: قمرة قيادة المنصّة

لمديري المنصّة، تقدّم QuNeva مركز قيادة: نظرة عبر المؤسسات على الصحة — المؤسسات والمستخدمون، والجلسات الحية (مع الإنهاء)، والمهام الخلفية، وسجل أمان يغطي الدخول وحظر المحاولات وتغييرات الصلاحيات والمشاركات.

وبجواره التحكم بالموقع: قلب المنصّة كلها بين «مباشر» و«قريبًا» و«صيانة» بنقرة واحدة — مفيد للإطلاق المرحلي ونوافذ الصيانة.

مبدأ التصميم أن كل دور يرى الصورة الحية من ارتفاعه هو:

• الموظف يرى يومه ونقاط نبضه المحسوبة من التزامه.
• قائد الفريق يرى التزام فريقه وطلباته ورسائله.
• المخطِّط يرى التغطية والمتابعة اللحظية عبر مشاريعه.
• مدير المنصّة يرى صحة كل شيء، دون لمس البيانات التشغيلية لأي مستأجر.

والعزل متعدد المستأجرين مُنفَّذ في SQL على كل استعلام — فلا تتسرب الرؤية بين المؤسسات أبدًا.

وأين يقف المساعد من هذا؟

البيانات الحية نفسها تُغذّي مساعد QuNeva: يسأل القائد عن مؤشرات فريقه، والمخطِّط عن ملخص التغطية، فيحصلان على الأرقام التي تعرضها الشاشات — بالعربية أو الإنجليزية.
