Live adherence: who is on plan right now?
Real-time adherence (RTA) compares each agent's current state against their scheduled activity, minute by minute. Late arrivals and absences get flags; leaders see their team at a glance instead of walking the floor with a printout. Because adherence is measured against the same published schedule agents see in their portal, there's no argument about which version of the plan counts.
Intraday: the day as a curve, not a surprise
Intraday monitoring tracks the day's intervals as they happen, so a volume spike at 11:00 is a decision at 11:05 — extend someone's on-queue block, move a lunch — not a post-mortem at 17:00.
The coverage heatmap is the planning-side twin of the same picture: scheduled versus required staff for every interval, red where thin, amber where padded.
When a span is overstaffed, the AI auto-fix proposes precise trims that never break coverage — snapshotted, reversible with one click.
The Command Center: the platform's cockpit
For platform administrators, QuNeva ships a Command Center: a cross-organization view of health — organizations and users, live sessions (with termination), background jobs, and a security log covering logins, rate-limit blocks, permission changes and shares.
